JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and implement competitive costing strategies for bottom materials in alignment with brand margin goals.
Manage the seasonal pricing process for bottom components, working directly with T1 and T2 suppliers.
Evaluate raw material market trends and manufacturing costs, analyze cost breakdowns, and ensure final prices are competitive.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including design, development, dev-com, material, and footwear costing to drive cost optimization.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; set performance benchmarks and support process improvements.
Lead and coach a team by material category, align performance goals (OKRs), and review ongoing team contributions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in cost engineering, reporting, and costing systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
University degree or above in a relevant field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in footwear manufacturing or product costing.
Strong background in footwear materials, especially in bottom components.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Results-oriented and capable of delivering under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
