[US Business Manager] Web Content Manager Candidate Exclusive job

Our comparison site, which has grown to over 35 million monthly users in Japan, launched its international operations in 2017 and is currently developing media in 8 countries and regions.
Aiming to further expand our steadily growing US business, we are looking for a manager candidate to oversee the production of US English content.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a content production system for the UK business, proposing and implementing measures to improve efficiency and quality in order to increase productivity, and managing members.

The difficult goal of bringing about a major change in the world in the area of "choice" cannot be realized without the success of our overseas operations.

We are looking for members who will lead our US business in the process of our rapid growth into a global service.

・Quality checks prior to content publication (writing and editing performed by external members)

・Recruitment and training of external writers and editors

・Improvement, redesign, and optimization of work processes

・Media data analysis

・Member management (after promotion to manager based on skills and aptitude after joining the company)

Qualifications (Required)

- Currently residing in Japan *Applications from outside Japan will not be accepted.
- Native level of US English
- Native level of knowledge and understanding of US culture and lifestyle.
- Be a native of the US or have lived in the US for an extended period of time.
- Experience working in a venture company or similar environment
- Experience in project management and business promotion
- Excel intermediate level or above (spreadsheet, formatting, pipots, VLOOKUP, IF, graphing, data analysis, etc.)
- Experience in toC web services
- Business level to up Japanese language skills
- Experience studying or working in one of the countries/regions where we operate.
