職務内容:
- 原料、製品の安定品質確保のための検査全般の理解・一部の検査
- 統計的データ解析
- 品質問題の解決
- 社内外の監査対応
- 顧客からの品質要求に対する関連部署と連携した調査・対策チームのチームリード
- 検査技術向上・効率化のための装置管理
- 長期資本支出計画作成
- 安全管理
- チーム員への教育
- デジタル化の推進
- グローバルサイト間での技術連携への参画（検査技術移管、ベストプラクティスシェアリング、他サイトでのスケールアップや開発品のサポート、グローバルチームとの顧客データと品質データに関する科学的データ解析）
応募要件:
- 大卒（理系学部）
- 品質管理、化学分析、実験における実務経験5年以上
- 化学系の知識
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力
- ICP-MS・NMR・IC・LC-MS・GC-MS・GPCの実務経験尚可
- Lean Six Sigma・統計的品質管理・SAP・LIMSに関する知識尚可
- QMS、EMS、OHSAS、BCMSに関する経験尚可
- 新しい分析技術の開発および既存の測定技術の改善・最適化に関する経験尚可
