【英語を活かす】シニアファイナンスアソシエイト/ Senior Finance Associate

A multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Finance Associate. The selected candidate will lead FP&A activities, manage mid-term financial planning, oversee closing processes, and ensure compliance with IFRS standards. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions
• Develop and manage mid-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and guide local teams on reporting requirements
• Prepare and deliver financial performance reports and presentations in English to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and ensure accurate reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A
• More than 3 years of experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Strong FP&A expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficient in IFRS accounting standards and financial closing processes
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations in English about financial performance
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
