日本人宿泊者様に安心して快適にお過ごしいただけるよう、滞在中の各種サポートを行っていただきます。 設備、客室、レストラン、ハウスキーピングなど各チームと連携し、お客様に快適な滞在を提供していただきま す。
■業務内容
・日本人ゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウトサポート
・周辺観光、飲食店、ショッピング情報の提供
・レストランやタクシー、スパ、医療、通訳などの予約手配
・日本人ゲストの要望ヒアリング・クレーム対応
・日本人ゲスト情報の記録、再訪時のサービス向上に向けた取り組み
・日本の新聞や雑誌、TV チャンネルなどの提供管理
・日本文化・マナーに関する知識を活かした接客指導
