弊社のクライアントである大手の金融機関がクライアント・リレーションシップの人材を探しています。
こちらはロサンゼルスオフィスのハイブリッドで通勤する必要があるポジションになります。
職務内容
顧客と社内チームの橋渡し役として、各種銀行取引（ローン、外国為替、預金など）の処理を担当
顧客情報（会社情報、権限者、製品別アクセス権など）の収集・確認・更新
社内システムへの書類のアップロードと管理
他スタッフの業務支援による部門の生産性維持
顧客の新規登録および情報更新に関するサポート
コンプライアンス遵守と機密保持の徹底
顧客ニーズに応じたソリューションの提供と関係構築
部門責任者との連携による戦略的な関係構築の推進
複雑な顧客課題への対応と解決
応募資格
銀行または金融サービス業界でのクライアント対応経験（5～7年程度）
銀行商品・サービス・規制に関する知識
英語・日本語のバイリンガル能力（他言語スキルがあれば尚可）
優れたコミュニケーション力と問題解決力
高い正確性と注意力
部門横断型プロジェクトの調整・推進経験
チームメンバーへの知識共有意欲
顧客志向、誠実さ、責任感、柔軟性
勤務地 カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルス (ハイブリッド勤務制度あり)
給与 USD 65,000-75,000 (経験・スキル等により決定)※裁量によるボーナス制度あり
