日系大手油圧機器メーカーが、ミュンヘンにてInternal Auditor (m/f/d)を募集しています。
職務内容
主な業務内容は、監査計画の策定と監査の実施です。結果の要約と報告。監査対象者とのコミュニケーション、および監査結果に基づく改善。監査部門マネージャーの日常業務をサポートします。
- 基本的な監査方針の策定。
- 業務に関する監査計画の策定。
- 業務監査の実施。
- 監査結果および改善点の報告。
- 不正調査の実施。
- 日本の監査による監査の実施への協力。
- 監査関連文書の維持、保存、廃棄に関する事項。
- 日本の J-SOX 事務局との協力業務。
- J-SOX（財務報告に関する内部統制の評価）に関する一般的な業務。
- 監査法人による監査手続きへの対応。
- その他の特別業務。
応募要件
- 監査部門での経験は必須ではありませんが、監査、J-SOX、および業務改善への関心は必須
- 一般的な業務経験必須
- 監査とJ-SOXへの関心。
- ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションと理解が可能なこと。
- 監査業務を積極的にハンドリングし、チームを支援する柔軟性（チームプレーヤー）が求められます。
- 信頼性、正直さ、倫理観を体現していること。
- 信頼性があり、細部への配慮、正確性、組織力に優れていること。
- ビジネス経験2年以上。
- 製造業の経験あれば尚可。
- 大学卒業または同等資格。
- MS Office（特にMS Excel）の高度な知識。
- 自主性があり、積極的で実践的な姿勢、オープンマインドで前向きな態度。
- 日本とのコミュニケーションのため、日本語の優れたスキル。
- ビジネス英語の高度なスキル（書面および口頭）
