自動車部品製造業界の大手メーカーにて、経理部門のゼネラルマネージャー職の募集です。
二輪・四輪向けの部品を製造しており、インドネシア国内に複数の工場を展開。現地スタッフと日本人駐在員が協力しながら、グローバルな品質と効率を追求しています。
経理・財務の専門性を活かしながら、マネジメントスキルも磨ける、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。
経理・財務業務全般の統括および駐在員サポート
税務対応および原価計算業務の管理
インドネシア人スタッフのマネジメントと教育
本社向けレポートの作成と提出
経理部門の責任者への定期報告
経理・財務分野での実務経験（製造業での経験歓迎）
未経験者でも学ぶ意欲があれば応募可能
インドネシア語または英語での業務遂行が可能な方
チームマネジメントや教育に関心がある方
月給：IDR 25,000,000～IDR 40,000,000（手取り）
THR（宗教手当）1ヶ月分、業績に応じたボーナスあり
車両および運転手の支給
住宅手当（応相談）
健康保険：BPJSおよび民間保険（正社員登用後）
勤務時間：土日祝休み
