【募集背景】
増員（会社の売り上げが毎年2割増となり繁忙のため）ベトナムには自社の⽣産拠点もありますが、商社として幅広い素材を取り扱うビジネスを始めました。商社事業が好調で追加で人員が必要となったため、営業を募集することになりました。
【ミッション】
個人が担当する顧客開拓・深耕から始まり、ゆくゆくは営業部⾨のマネジメントをしていただくことも想定しております。
【担当顧客】
自動車、複合機、電子機器業界の日系企業約200社が顧客となります。
【商材】
複合機や自動車および周辺機器、家電などで使われるソフト素材の打ち抜き加工品と呼ばれるもの（緩衝材や粘着テープ、断熱シートなど）
【業務内容】
1. 情報収集・提案準備
2. 提案・⾒積・交渉：材料メーカーとの打合せで簡単な英語を使うことがあります。
3. ⽣産対応・納品
4. トラブル対応・品質改善
5. 顧客深耕・新規開拓
6. 営業チームの業績管理※契約すると顧客の製品の一部品として使われ続けるため、契約後のアフターフォローも大事な業務です。

レポートライン：日本人・現地副社⻑チーム人数：10名（現地副社⻑・ベトナム人8名・本ポジション）

■応募要件
・大学卒以上の学歴
・基本的なITスキル（メール、Excel、PowerPoint）
・製造業界での営業経験3年以上
・日常会話程度の英語⼒
