SALARY:            80,000 – 100,000 THB

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-rise real estate projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage teams, budgets, and all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and enforce quality and safety standards on site.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to define project scope.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Ensure all project documentation and permits are properly maintained.
• Deliver completed projects that meet all quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with significant experience specifically on high-rise building projects.

• In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera P6).

• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and cost control.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in English communication
