■主な業務内容
インドに進出する日系企業を不動産分野でサポートするお仕事です。
主にリロケーションのオールサポートを担当して頂きます！
不動産入居後のメンテナンスやトラブル対応などのアフターサービスは、ローカルスタッフが対応いたしますが、日本人のお客様の対応は日本人スタッフが専門で行っております。（オフィス及び賃貸物件等）
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
・新規顧客の開拓（電話、メールでの営業がメイン）
・既存顧客へのルート営業
・住居内覧、問い合わせの対応
