大手メーカーの日本人寮内にある日本食の食堂運営に従事いただきます。日本人マネージャー2名体制 (インド人含め20名程度) での運営になりますが、今回はそのうち日本人1名が離職することによる募集となります。具体的には下記業務をご担当いただきます。
・組織化 (シフト管理・交通(車)管理・労務監督等)
・調理管理 (献立作成・仕込み計画・調理監督)
・衛生管理 (清掃・衛生の指導等)
・材料の仕入管理および在庫管理 (必要数・鮮度・安全在庫等の管理)
・予約管理 (予約数・来客数・実食数の管理)
・決済管理 (支払状況の監督)
・財務レポートの提出 (総支出の監督等 ※実務は支店経理員が担当、複雑な問題については本社がサポートします。)
