仕事内容
- タイムシートはMoneyforward（以下MF）勤怠を使用、各マネージャーが承認後、各関係部署と連携しながらデータの再チェック。各部署のシフトなどを理解し丁寧に確認できる方。
- 給与支給データの確認（MF給与）。社会保険や労務の基本的な質問の応対を、外国人スタッフも含み応対が出来る方。
- 人事部や該当部署との入退社時の資料共有と連携。コミュニケーション能力と報告・相談が適切に出来る方。
- 自主性をもって不明点をクリアにし自身のスキルアップが出来る方。現在、給与計算は外注しているため、給与計算を内製化出来る方は優遇。
- 簡単な経理業務（MF会計MF債務支払MF請求書）。丁寧で正確な帳簿等への記録が出来る方。
- 発注などの総務業務。業務の管理能力や計画性のある方。
