人事・経理業務を中心に、総務や営業事務など、バックオフィス業務全般を幅広くご担当いただきます。
You will be responsible for a wide range of back-office functions, primarily in Human Resources and Accounting, including general affairs and sales administration.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities

人事・総務関連 / HR & General Affairs

  • 入退社手続き
    Onboarding and Offboarding Procedures
    Manage the welcoming of new hires and the smooth exit process for departing staff.

  • 社会保険手続き
    Social Insurance Procedures
    Administer procedures for social and employment insurance enrollment.

  • 勤怠管理
    Attendance Management
    Track and manage employee attendance to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • 給与計算
    Payroll Calculation
    Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

  • バイリンガルITエンジニアの採用業務
    Recruitment of Bilingual IT Engineers
    Source and recruit top-tier bilingual IT professionals.

  • 人事考課の実施
    Performance Appraisal Implementation
    Coordinate and facilitate fair and structured employee evaluations.

  • 総務・庶務業務全般
    General Affairs & Administrative Tasks
    Provide company-wide administrative and operational support.

  • セールスサポート(請求書、契約書、見積書作成など)
    Sales Support (Invoices, Contracts, Quotations, etc.)
    Assist the sales team with the preparation and management of key business documents.

経理関連業務 / Accounting & Finance

  1. 月次・年次決算業務
    Monthly and Annual Closing Procedures

  2. 売掛金・買掛金管理
    Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management

  3. 税務関連業務(補助)
    Assistance with Tax-Related Tasks

  4. 監査対応
    Support for External and Internal Audits

  5. 経費精算・予算管理
    Expense Reimbursements and Budget Management

    Conversational level English proficiency
    (業務の約50%に英語を使用する機会があります / Approximately 50% of the work may involve English communication.)

  • 以下のいずれかの業務経験をお持ちの方
    Experience in any of the following areas:

    • 人事(HR)

    • 経理(Accounting)

    • 総務(General Affairs)

    • 営業事務(Sales Administration)

    • 採用(Recruitment)

【語学力 / Language Proficiency】

  • 英語:日常会話レベル以上(業務に支障のないコミュニケーションができる方)
    English: Conversational level or above (able to communicate effectively in a business setting)

  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル(読み書き・会話ともに必須)
    Japanese: Native-level fluency (required in both verbal and written communication)

【経験レベル・キャリアステージ / Experience & Career Level】

  • 経験不問(未経験の方でも研修制度があります)
    No prior experience required — training and onboarding will be provided.

  • キャリアレベル:エントリーレベル / 第二新卒歓迎
