オーストラリアヘの新規進出を検討しており、経営補佐としてマネジメント経験のある英語人材を募集します。
具体的な業務内容
- 海外子会社の事業管理・支援業務
本社採用後、オーストラリア子会社に出向いただき、経営補佐として駐在いただく予定です。
出向開始：25年10月（11月）～12月を想定しているものの、本人希望を踏まえて柔軟に対応可能（事業開始時期により後ろ倒しの可能性もあります）
出向はご入社後、２，３カ月後を予定しています。
本社：各線 新橋駅 徒歩10分
出向期間：3～5年（海外支社ガイドラインによる）
部署の人数構成や男女比、年齢構成 など
海外支社 (東京勤務者)11名 (男 性 8名 :女性 3名 )
年齢構成 :平均年齢 36.5歳
年収
600万円～800万円
