• Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled PhD scientists, supporting their growth and development

• Drive business expansion in Japan and ensure exceptional technical support for local customers

• Serve as a scientific leader and advisor in computational materials science, solving complex design challenges

• Guide key customer relationships and shape Japan's materials science strategy in alignment with global goals

• Collaborate with international teams to share customer feedback, align strategies, and present innovations

• Represent the company through research contributions, conference presentations, and scientific leadership

• Oversee all technical operations including troubleshooting, training, and platform optimization

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 材料科学または関連分野における分子シミュレーションの博士号
• 計算材料科学関連の実務経験8年以上
• うちマネジメントやリーダーシップ経験3〜5年程度
• 分子動力学シミュレーション（特にポリマーや複雑な材料）の専門知識

ソフトスキル：

• チームマネジメント能力（部下の成長を助け、優れたチームを築けること）

語学力：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（グローバルチームと技術的な議論ができるレベル）

• 学術論文や業界カンファレンスでの研究成果発表経験
• 科学的知見をビジネス成長に結びつける能力
• AIや機械学習を活用した分子モデリング技術の知識

• PhD in materials science or a related field with expertise in molecular simulations

• 8+ years in computational materials science

• 3-5 years in a leadership role managing scientific teams

• Deep knowledge of molecular dynamics simulations, particularly with polymers and complex materials

• Japanese: Fluent (Native)

• English: Business-level or above for technical communication with global teams

• Strong people management, mentoring abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience publishing scientific papers or presenting at industry conferences

• Proven ability to translate scientific innovation into business growth

• Understanding of AI integration in molecular modeling is a plus
