【業務内容】
・日本法人の財務計画・予測・分析の統括
・経営層との連携によるリスクと機会の特定・提言
・月次レポートの作成および差異分析（本社・リージョン向け）
・年間予算・中長期計画の策定と実行管理
・投資案件の財務支援、コスト管理、その他アドホックプロジェクト
・非財務部門との連携によるビジネスパートナー業務

【Company Overview】
Our client is a global leader in scientific testing and analytical services, operating across 50+ countries.
As the Japan business expands rapidly, they are hiring a Financial Analyst to lead FP&A initiatives and become a strategic finance partner to senior management.
This is a key role with high exposure to global stakeholders and decision-makers.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Japan operations

• Provide insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership

• Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis for regional/global teams

• Drive budgeting and long-term financial planning aligned with corporate strategy

• Support investment decisions, cost control initiatives, and ad-hoc finance projects

• Act as a finance business partner across departments

応募資格（必須）

・財務関連業務経験8年以上（うちFP&A経験5年以上）
・予算管理、レポーティング、分析業務の深い知識
・グローバル企業での就業経験
・ERP/財務ツールの使用経験（SAPやHyperionなど）
・日本語：流暢レベル、英語：日常会話～ビジネスレベル（読み書き中心）
・自走力がありマルチタスクに柔軟に対応できる方

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience, including 5+ in FP&A

• Deep understanding of financial planning, reporting, and forecasting

• Experience in multinational companies (Life Sciences/FMCG/Healthcare a plus)

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, business-oriented mindset

• Fluent Japanese and at least conversational–business English

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.)

• Valid work permit for Japan
