- 既存クライアントとの関係を維持・強化するためのコミュニケーションを担当
- 新規クライアントのオンボーディングプロセスをサポート
- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応と問題解決を迅速に行う
- 金融商品やサービスに関する情報提供および提案
- 顧客満足度向上のための改善提案を実施
- 社内チームと連携し、プロジェクトを円滑に進行
- 市場動向や競合状況の分析を行い、関連情報を共有
- 必要に応じて顧客訪問を行い、直接的なサポートを提供
