【概要】
各事業部門に並走し、共に事業戦略の実行をしながら、事業成果の最大化に貢献するHR業務をご担当いただきます。
1.全体最適を意識した採用施策の策定～実行（新卒・中途）
2.事業部門への人事・労務諸施策の展開・推進、事業部門の相談受け・課題把握・分析・課題解決
3.社員と事業の長期的成長を両立する戦略的な労働組合との労使協議業務
4.事業部門との対話を通じた、組織開発・エンゲージメント向上・その他組織と人に関わる課題解決に対する取り組み
なお、一定のご経験をされたのち、広島地区内にあるグループ会社への出向や他地区への異動により、HR人材としてのキャリアアップを図って頂くことを考えております。
【年俸】
400万円～600万円
