Job Description
【仕事内容】
・主に日本人顧客の引越カスタマーサポート（引越現場下見、作業現場立ち合い、メール・電話対応など）
・お客様のご自宅にお伺いし、荷物量の確認、実際の引越作業現場の立ち合い、アフターフォローがメイン
・引越作業現場立ち合いの際に、現地の引越スタッフへの作業指示（ベトナム語）
・引越現場以外に顧客営業も一部あり。
・将来的には、引越業務にとどまらず、物流・フォワーディング営業など他部門を横断するキャリアの展開も見込めます。
給与：月給1,700~2,500USD (GROSS)※能力・経験により応相談
福利厚生：皆勤手当、交通費、食事手当、お祝い金、医療保険、社員旅行、健康診断、ファミリーデー活動など（年一回）、年休日12日間
