- クライアントの採用ニーズをヒアリングし、最適な採用戦略を提案する。
- 候補者の検索、選考、面接の調整を行う。
- 採用プロセス全体を管理し、クライアントと候補者の満足度を確保する。
- 市場調査と分析を行い、クライアントに最新の情報を提供する。
- 長期的な関係を築き、クライアントの信頼を得る。
- 業界トレンドを把握し、採用プロセスに活用する。
- クライアントの要望に応じた柔軟な対応を行う。
