職務概要
- 顧客の見積もり、受発注業務、および製品の出荷を担当する
- 顧客からの問い合わせに迅速に対応し、必要に応じシンガポールとの納期の調整を行う
- 横浜本社における総務関連業務：施設管理や備品管理など
具体的な業務内容
- 顧客コードと情報の設定
- システムへの顧客情報インプット
- 見積書の作成
- 受発注に関する業務
- シンガポールとの納期の調整
- 梱包書類の作成
- 物流管理と出荷手配
- 顧客クレームの管理、および問題のフォローアップを含むカスタマーサービス
- 内部コミュニケーションおよび営業サポート
- スマートで効率的な業務プロセスを確立する
