You will partner closely with leaders and teams to enhance employee experience and align people strategies with business goals. This role combines strategic HR partnership, employee advocacy, and hands-on organizational development to support a mission-driven, values-led culture.

Description

-Partner with leaders to design and implement HR strategies

-Guide organizational development and workforce planning

-Act as a bridge between management and employees

-Support talent development and performance coaching

-Manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance

-Oversee employment contracts and renewals

-Provide support for mental health and disability inclusion

-Lead engagement surveys and data-driven HR initiatives

-Ensure fair and inclusive work environments

-Deliver HR training, coaching, and facilitation across teams

  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic solutions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.5+ years in HR generalist roles, 3+ as HRBP
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills in HR
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and cultural competence
  • Skilled communicator and experienced facilitator
  • Data-literate and analytical decision-maker
  • Fluent in Japanese and English (business level)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • High degree of initiative, integrity, and follow-through
