組織課題の発見とHR視点での解決（モチベーション、定着、パフォーマンス）
カルチャー浸透に向けたイベントや発信、コミュニケーション施策の実施
開発マネージャーなどと連携し、グローバルかつ自律的なエンジニア組織を構築
