Designation: Assistant Manager- Packaging Design

Location: Neemrana (Rajasthan) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead packaging design projects from ideation to production, ensuring timely delivery and outstanding quality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including marketing, procurement, and suppliers—to develop commercially viable and regulatory-compliant designs.
• Transform brand strategy into compelling, innovative packaging across diverse formats, substrates, and product categories.
• Drive packaging innovation through trend analysis, conceptual mock-ups, competitive benchmarking, and material exploration.
• Partner with external design agencies, print houses, and vendors to ensure flawless execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Optimize packaging for shelf presence, consumer usability, cost efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
• Oversee digital asset management, version control, and documentation to ensure accurate artwork updates and traceability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in packaging design for FMCG/CPG brands.
• Strong portfolio featuring both structural and visual design solutions.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); proficiency in 3D rendering tools like ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of packaging materials, print production, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project leadership skills.
• Experience in packaging cost analysis, vendor benchmarking, and supporting annual budgeting initiatives.
