日本発のカフェスタイル文化を海外で展開する飲食サービス企業が、事業拡大に伴い調達・流通企画のポジションを募集しています。新規エリアへの進出に関わる戦略的業務に携わり、現地の食文化や物流環境を活かしながら、サービス品質の向上に貢献できるチャレンジングな仕事です。
職務内容新規出店に向けた調達先の選定と交渉
現地物流網の構築および改善提案
店舗売上データの管理と分析
調達・流通に関するコスト管理と最適化
関係部署との連携による業務推進
インドネシアでの調達・流通に関する業務経験
飲食業界や小売業界での業務経験
現地の商習慣や文化への理解力
複数の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方
自ら課題を見つけ、改善に取り組める主体性
インドネシア語
年間給与：IDR 665,000,000～720,000,000（額面、経験に応じて）
勤務時間：月～金 8:00～16:00
