【求人概要】
主に新店、改装店のデザイン、設計業務のリード、ディレクション業務をご担当いただきます。
・新店の外装内装計画、 既存店の改装計画の設計、デザイン及びコンセプトの立案
・立案したものをもとに担当デザイナーへディレクションを行い実現させる
※社内外とのやりとりはおおよそ5:5で発生します。
本部内の設計部門なため、様々な店舗をデザイン、設計、完成させ終了するのではなく、
その後も営繕、改装等で関わり続けることにより、永続的に自社ブランドを成長させていく役割を担う設計部門になります。
【年俸】
450万円～630万円
