Required Skills
【必須条件】
（1）企業において法務担当者の経験が３年以上ある方
（2）TOEIC600点以上の英語力（読み書き、メール利用に支障のないレベル）
【歓迎条件】
（1）上場企業において会社法/金融商品取引法等を中心としたコーポレート法務領域に関する法務担当者の経験がある方（目安：3年以上）
（2）経営企画部門の経験がある方
（3）上場企業におけるガバナンス企画に関する経験がある方
（4）事業法務領域（契約、M＆A、訴訟等）の法務担当者の経験がある方（目安：3年以上）
