職務内容
中途採用リクルーターとして、ビジネス、コーポレート領域の部門の採用を一気通貫にご担当いただきます。
- 経営層、本部長との折衝からの人員計画策定、採用戦略立案
- 採用の要件定義、求人作成、母集団形成、書類審査、選考フロー管理、クロージング〜入社までのサイクル管理
- 社内外ステークホルダー／エージェントとのリレーション構築
- ダイレクトリクルーティング、採用広報・ブランディング施策の企画、実行
