職務内容
- 社内業務アプリケーション（DMS、CRM、ワークフロー等）の運用・改善
- 業務部門との要件定義・業務分析・プロセス改善提案
- 新規システム導入や既存システムのリプレースにおける推進
- 外部ベンダーとの折衝・進捗管理・成果物レビュー
- ユーザーサポート・トレーニング・監査／セキュリティ対応
