We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join a renowned European manufacturer known for pushing the boundaries of high-performance systems in the motorcycle and automotive industries.
You’ll play a key strategic role in the Japan market, working with one of the most respected engineering powerhouses in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
Be a link between Japanese OEM clients and global HQ.
Lead technical and commercial communication.
Oversee orders & delivery management.
Drive pricing strategy and negotiation.
Support new business development and strengthen client trust.

3+ years of experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry, technical sales (preferably with direct interaction with OEMs).
・Experience working with international teams, especially with strong communication skills that take into account time zone differences and cultural nuances, particularly with European counterparts.
・Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond effectively to the fast-paced and constantly evolving nature of the industry and projects.
・Native-level in Japanese and Business-level in English.
・Detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
