自動車、産業機器、再生可能エネルギー、データセンター／AIなどの分野で新規ビジネス機会を開拓し、顧客との関係構築や技術的な提案を行います。
職務内容
製品戦略・事業計画の策定と実行
顧客との関係構築と設計案件の獲得
市場開拓と販売戦略の立案
価格戦略と交渉（本社との連携あり）
社内の営業・技術・マーケティングチームとの連携
市場動向の把握と分析
設計進捗の管理と予算達成
サプライチェーン・流通管理
社内外への製品トレーニングの実施
応募資格
半導体業界でのマーケティング／営業／事業開発経験（5年以上）
パワー半導体の技術知識（MOSFET、SiC、GaNなど）
自動車業界経験者歓迎
複数案件の同時管理能力、交渉力、チーム協調性
プレゼン・コミュニケーションスキル（Excel・PowerPoint使用）
優遇される資格・スキル
AEC-Q100、PPAPの知識があれば尚可
日本語スキルがあれば尚可
給与 USD 140,000-160,000
勤務地 カリフォルニア州アーバイン（ハイブリット勤務）
その他
国内外出張あり（約25％）
