Our client is a Japanese Private Bank which provides global financial services group's regional hub for Asia, it offers a comprehensive range of financial services. This includes global markets, investment banking, and wealth management, catering to institutional and corporate clients. It plays a key role in connecting global capital with Asia-Pacific opportunities, operating under local regulatory oversight.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a primary client contact, handling queries and transaction execution.

• Prepare client materials, facilitate account opening, and manage administrative tasks.

• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Support RMs in business development and pipeline management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 2-4 years in Private Banking support.

• Strong understanding of financial products and markets.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English required and conversational Mandarin is compulsory
