Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or fast-paced industry.
• Proven ability to conduct on-ground surveys and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
• Skilled in leveraging data analytics to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and result-oriented.
