PR/109504 | Senior Executive- Supply Chain

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive process efficiencies. This pivotal role requires hands-on expertise in ERP systems, forecasting, inventory control, and direct engagement with Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.

• ERP Operations Utilize SAP (S&D Module) for effective order and inventory management
• Forecasting & Procurement Lead demand planning, material procurement, and coordination with domestic and international suppliers
• Import Planning & Logistics Coordination Oversee import schedules and collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Inventory Management Monitor customer forecasts and stock levels to avoid shortages and overstock situations
• Customer Relationship Management Maintain direct relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers; oversee dispatches and resolve grievances
• Delivery & Billing Oversight Ensure accurate billing and timely deliveries aligned with customer expectations
• Warehouse & Transportation Manage warehouse operations including FIFO inventory, material flows, and transportation logistics
• Sales Collaboration Support sales initiatives, contributing to promotional and operational targets
• Procurement Documentation Create and verify Purchase Orders (POs), vendor invoices, and billing records
• Cost Optimization Lead negotiations to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Tax & Compliance Handle statutory compliance including E-Way Bills and GST documentation
• Performance Analysis Evaluate supply chain metrics and suggest strategic enhancements for continuous improvement
