• 各部署のマネージャーらのサポート、中長期的な事業計画の立案作成支援
• 売上など経営目標達成を実現するための人事戦略の調整
• 新卒・中途採用の計画立案と進捗管理
• ビジネス戦略の分析、パフォーマンスや人事関連の課題の抽出・改善提案
• 組織のニーズに応じた人事戦略の策定・導入
• 従業員関連の課題の原因分析、継続的改善の推進
• 経営層や各部門とのやりとり
• その他、スキル経験・希望・キャリア志向に応じて職務を調整可

Join a leading Japanese consumer goods manufacturer as an HR Business Partner, playing a pivotal role in aligning human resource strategies with business goals. In this position, you'll collaborate with senior management to drive organizational performance, lead HR planning and talent development, and manage recruitment initiatives that support continued business expansion.

• Partner with business leaders to design and execute mid-to-long-term business and HR strategies
• Align HR initiatives with sales and operational goals to drive performance
• Lead recruitment planning and progress management for new graduate and mid-career hiring
• Analyze business strategy to identify HR challenges and recommend solutions
• Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to organizational needs
• Investigate employee relations issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with executive and department leaders across the company

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 人事・HR経験3年以上
  

• 高いコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、チェンジマネジメント力
• 様々な部署やステークホルダーと協働できること
• 臨機応変な対応力
• 成長意欲、向上心

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 従業員数500名以上の企業での人事経験
• HRBPや採用業務の経験
