Plant Process & Instrumentation Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) as per project and industry standards.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and safety system design.
• Apply fundamental chemical/process engineering principles across various phases of design.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to support plant design and modifications.
• Utilize process simulation tools such as:
  • Aspen HYSYS
  • ASPEN Plus
  • UNISIM
  • PRO-II
  • PIPESIM
  • Flarenet
  • PHAST

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering with a strong focus on P&ID development and review.
• Familiarity with engineering practices, calculation methods, and design documentation.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and codes.
