建築機械・二輪車向け電装部品を製造する企業にて、製造現場の技術支援ポジションの募集です。インドネシア国内に複数の工場を展開し、電装製品の高品質・安定供給を実現しています。製造現場の改善や品質向上に貢献できる、経験者の知見が活かされるポジションです。現場に寄り添いながら、技術とマネジメントの両面で支援するやりがいのある仕事です。
職務内容電装製品製造に関する技術的アドバイスの提供
生産管理・工程改善に関する支援業務
品質管理体制の強化と現場指導
製造現場の課題抽出と改善提案
生産技術に関する社内連携と技術的サポート
現場スタッフとのコミュニケーションを通じた業務推進
電装製品関する製造関連業務経験（必須）
製造現場での生産管理・品質管理・技術支援などの経験
製造現場の課題に対して柔軟かつ論理的に対応できる方
現場との信頼関係を築きながら、改善活動に取り組める方
月給：IDR 25,000,000～40,000,000（経験により応相談）
