職務内容自動車部品製造における品質保証・品質管理業務の統括
顧客からの品質に関する問い合わせやクレーム対応、交渉業務
製品図面の読解および金型メーカーへの指示・進捗管理
プロジェクトマネジメント業務（納期・品質・コストの管理）
規制要件の理解と遵守を踏まえた品質基準の策定・運用
社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションによる業務推進
製造現場の改善提案とリーダーシップによるチームマネジメント
自動車部品製造に関する豊富な実務経験
品質保証・品質管理、プロジェクトマネジメントの専門知識
製品図面の読解力と、金型メーカーへの技術的指示能力
顧客との詳細な交渉・対応経験
インドネシア語および英語での業務遂行が可能なコミュニケーション力
製造現場を牽引するリーダーシップと人間性
月給 Rp 35,000,000～Rp 40,000,000（経験・能力に応じて決定）
住居、車（応相談）
