■営業業務
・既存法人企業のフォローを中心に、新任駐在員の方の生活立上としての住居探しサポートをお願いいたします。
・新規駐在・出張・引越需要の察知～ヒヤリング・物件紹介～内覧～契約までの一連の流れに加え、居住後のアフターサポートも担当できます。
※一般住居の仲介に慣れていただいた後はオフィス仲介を担当いただく場合もございます。
■マネージメント業務
メンバーの数値管理、営業戦略立案、実行
