Job Description
OVERVIEW
A leading global manufacturer in the interconnect industry
Location: Bac Ninh
Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing
Reports to: Plant Manager
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Lead and supervise a team of technicians and external contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and space utilization projects.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Develop and manage the facilities budget, including cost control and vendor negotiations.
Monitor and optimize energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness for crisis situations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Experience working in multinational companies is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally when needed
