主な職務内容

• 新規顧客を開拓・獲得し、トレジャリー、トレードファイナンス、FXソリューションの収益拡大に貢献すること
• シニア・リレーションシップアドバイザーとして、日系大手や多国籍企業との信頼関係の構築
• 顧客ニーズに合わせたプロポーザル、ピッチ資料の作成、RFP対応の主導
• プロダクト間のクロスセルの推進
• 法人営業・商品部門・グローバルチームなどと連携し、ソリューションのデリバリーをフォローすること
• ポストディール・インプリメンテーションの調整など、顧客満足度を確保すること
• ポートフォリオの収益性の管理、リスク案件のエスカレーションやエグジット判断を行うこと
  

A global leader in financial services is seeking a VP of Transaction Banking Sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across treasury, trade finance, and FX. Based in Tokyo, this role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about providing tailored banking solutions to leading multinational and Japanese corporates.

• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across treasury, trade, and FX products
• Serve as a senior relationship advisor to key corporate clients
• Develop and present customized proposals and lead RFP responses
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand wallet share across transaction banking products
• Collaborate with corporate banking, product, and global teams for seamless solution delivery
• Oversee post-deal implementation and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Monitor portfolio profitability and manage risk, including escalation or exit of underperforming relationships

必須条件 経験・資格：：

• 外銀・メガバンクや地銀でのキャッシュマネジメント、トレードファイナンス、またはトランザクションバンキング営業経験（7〜10年目安）
• グローバル企業向けの複雑なトレジャリーやトレードファイナンス案件をマネージした実績
• コーポレートトレジャリーの専門知識
• ソリューション営業における戦略的提案力

• 優れたプレゼンテーション能力と対顧客対応スキル
• 営業に対する意欲、ビジネスセンス
• チームプレイヤー
  

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：上級ビジネス（必須）

• キャッシュマネジメント営業経験

• 年収¥14,000,000〜¥17,000,000＋業績連動型ボーナス

• 7-10 years in transaction banking, cash management, or trade finance sales
• Proven success managing complex treasury and trade solutions for large corporates

• Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations and strategic solution selling

• Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills
• Ability to operate within cross-functional and cross-border teams

• Japanese: Native or fluent (preferred)
• English: Fluent (required)

• Experience in global or regional banks handling transaction banking portfolios
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client-facing materials and proposals
• Strong sales acumen and analytical skills in evaluating client potential and profitability
