You Will:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure with a focus on cost efficiency and scalability.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop automation tools and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline operations and deployments.
- Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up monitoring, alerts, and handle incident response and postmortems to maintain system reliability.
- Performance & Capacity: Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Access & Metrics Management: Manage identity and access for dev tools and define/track SLOs and SLIs for service quality.

Required Skills
Must-Haves:
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Linux/Unix administration
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Built and operated monitoring systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic networking knowledge
- Business-level Japanese & English communication
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing microservices architecture and optimising cloud resource usage
- Proficient in programming (Python, TypeScript, Shell scripting) and database administration
- Knowledge of security best practices
