You Will:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure with a focus on cost efficiency and scalability.
• Automation & CI/CD: Develop automation tools and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline operations and deployments.
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up monitoring, alerts, and handle incident response and postmortems to maintain system reliability.
• Performance & Capacity: Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
• Access & Metrics Management: Manage identity and access for dev tools and define/track SLOs and SLIs for service quality.

Must-Haves:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Linux/Unix administration
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Built and operated monitoring systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Basic networking knowledge
• Business-level Japanese & English communication

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience managing microservices architecture and optimising cloud resource usage
• Proficient in programming (Python, TypeScript, Shell scripting) and database administration
• Knowledge of security best practices
