■業務内容
下記の1．または2．の業務、社員人材育成プログラムの企画・開発・運用をお任せします。またプログラムの改訂・運用に加え、0→1ベースでの企画の機会もあります。
業務内容は、ご経験とご意志に応じて選考過程にて決定いたします。
＜オンボーディング研修企画・運営＞
・オンボーディング研修プログラムの企画／運用／効果測定 （新卒研修／中途新人研修／フォロー研修／メンター研修／エグゼクティブ向け等）
・ベンダーマネジメント
・予算／リソース管理
・ステークホルダーコミュニケーションの実施
＜全従業員を対象としたコンピテンシー／スキル開発潜在の企画・実行＞
・人材育成課題の形成、育成の提案
・研修プログラムの企画／運用効果測定
・キャリア開発支援積極の企画／実行
・ベンダーマネジメント
・人材育成部門の予算／管理リソース
・ステークホルダーコミュニケーションの実施

・在宅の事業会社における人材育成部門での研修企画・運用経験またはコンサルティング、人材育成サービス会社における研修コンテンツの企画、運用経験
・人材育成に関する取り組み（研修等）の企画、実現を本体的に実現させた経験
・英語での実務経験
【歓迎要件】
・研修プログラム、ベンダーの評価、経験評価
・社員の意識、行動変革の経験推進（チェンジマネジメント）
・組織マネジメント／リーダー経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC800点）
