・Prepare Japan GAAP accounting and financial statements monthly/quarterly/yearly.
・Coordinate interim and year end statutory financial statements audit.
・Prepare and file annual corporate income tax and other indirect taxes monthly/quarterly/yearly.
・Prepare and file transfer pricing documentation in Japan.
・Work with HR for pension budget and accounting
・Coordinate interim and year end SOX audit and any internal audit.
・Host and manage any tax audit /scrutiny in Japan to ensure no surprise adjustment.
・Provide accounting and tax guidance and support to country business team.
・Prepare and report company financial and business forecast and result to each country government department.
・Work on financial records for other compliance in customs corporate social responsibility foreign currency control
・Other tasks
