A global consulting and system integration firm is seeking a Head of Manufacturing Vertical to lead its strategic growth in Japan's manufacturing sector. In this executive role, you will define the market strategy, grow key accounts, and lead a high-performing consulting team focused on large-scale digital transformation projects. This is a confidential leadership opportunity aligned with the firm's global expansion in Japan.

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the manufacturing practice
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CxO and departmental leadership at key clients
• Lead business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities within the sector
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of industry-focused consultants

• 製造業向けの経営/ITコンサルティング、または法人営業経験
• 日本の製造業における大規模プロジェクトの受注・デリバリー実績
• 日本の製造業のキーアカウントの経営層との人脈・ネットワーク

• 部下やチームを育てるマネジメント能力

• 日本語： 流暢
• 英語： ビジネスレベル

• ERPソリューションに関する知見
• 製造業の業務構造、SCM、DXなどに関する理解

• 国際的なファームで製造業のバーチカルを統括する重要職

• 15+ years in management consulting, IT consulting, or B2B sales in the manufacturing sector
• Proven ability to win and deliver large consulting projects with Japanese manufacturing clients
• Established network with executives in Japan's leading manufacturing firms

• Familiarity with ERP solutions is a plus
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and digital strategy

• Executive presence with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Japanese: Fluent (required for client interaction)
• English: Intermediate to Business level (used for internal communication)

• Experience leading a vertical practice or industry-focused consulting team
• Cross-cultural leadership experience in global or matrixed environments

• Executive-level compensation of ¥25M-¥30M
• Lead Japan's manufacturing consulting strategy at a global firm
• Work in an international environment with strong global collaboration
• Direct impact on the firm's expansion in Japan's industrial sector
• Build and lead a specialized consulting team with industry depth
