Are you an experienced cloud architect with a passion for designing modern Azure-native infrastructure? A leading technical solutions provider is seeking an Azure Solutions Architect to lead mission-critical cloud migration and hybrid cloud projects. This is a direct contract role based in Tokyo, ideal for professionals eager to build advanced systems from the ground up. Candidates must reside in Japan with a valid visa.

• Design Azure-native solutions across IaaS, PaaS, identity, security, and networking domains
• Lead complex cloud-to-cloud migrations, including AWS to Azure transitions
• Build and optimize Azure Landing Zones and implement secure hybrid connectivity
• Act as a trusted advisor for Japanese-side stakeholders and business units
• Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams on architecture and consulting initiatives

必須条件 経験・知識：

• Azureインフラストラクチャやプラットフォームの設計、デプロイ、設定経験や知識
• クラウド間移行やハイブリッドクラウド環境の管理スキル
• VNet、NSG、App Services、Functions、Azure AD、AKS、Monitor、Firewallなど、Azureのコアサービスの経験
• 日本の就労許可（必須）

• ステークホルダーとの調整力、プロジェクト推進力
• 自走型で主体的に動ける方

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き会話・クライアントとのやりとりあり）
• 英語： 会話レベル

• セキュリティ接続やInfrastructure as Code（IaC）に関する知識や経験
• 英語ビジネスレベルなら尚可（但し必須ではありません）

• 5-7 years in system or cloud architecture with a focus on Azure environments
• Proven experience with designing, deploying, and configuring Azure services and infrastructure

• Expertise in Azure services such as VNet, NSG, Azure AD, App Services, Functions, AKS, Monitor, and Firewall
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud setups and cross-platform migration strategies

• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team communication
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of technical delivery

• Japanese: Fluent (business-level proficiency; verbal and written)
• English: Conversational

• Experience advising Japanese clients directly in cloud architecture projects
• Familiarity with secure connectivity solutions and infrastructure-as-code approaches

• Lead transformative cloud projects in a fast-evolving Azure landscape
• Work with a globally-minded team and high-caliber clients in Japan
• Gain hands-on experience in cloud migration as a subject matter expert
