HRBPマネージャーとして、茨城県の主要な生産拠点を支えていただきます。中長期的な人事戦略の企画・実行を担い、現場リーダーやグローバルHRチームと連携しながら、組織開発や人材育成、制度設計に深く関与します。

主な職務内容

  • 茨城拠点の中長期的な組織・人事戦略の立案と実行
  • 現場の従業員やマネジメント、グローバル人事部門との信頼関係の醸成
  • 管理職や人事チームの能力開発や組織マネジメント支援
  • 事業環境の変化に合わせた採用・人事評価・教育・報酬を含むHR制度全体の設計、レビュー、アップデート
  • その他人事や組織開発関連の企画管理

Join a global leader in the automotive parts industry as an HRBP Manager supporting their major production facility in Ibaraki. This is a high-impact opportunity to oversee both strategic HR planning and operational execution in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven environment. You will collaborate with site leaders and global HR teams to drive organizational growth, develop talent, and shape HR policies for long-term success.



Key Responsibilities

  • Drive mid- to long-term organizational and HR strategy and ensure successful implementation
  • Act as a business partner to leadership by aligning HR initiatives with operational goals
  • Lead organizational development and HR team capability building across the plant
  • Design and continuously improve HR systems including recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation, and learning
  • Support change management initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs
  • Coordinate with global HR teams and ensure consistent communication between site and headquarters

Required Skills

必須条件 経験・知識:

  • 大卒以上
  • 人事関連経験7年以上(人事企画、人事戦略、採用、教育研修、HRIS、労務など、いずれの分野でも可)
  • データの集計分析能力(エクセル)
ソフトスキル:
  • 現場のニーズをくみ取る観察力、コミュニケーション能力
  • 本部や本社と連携する調整力、交渉力
  • 腰を据えて中長期的な解決策に取り組む忍耐力、実行力
語学力:
  • 日本語:流暢
  • 英語:中級〜ビジネスレベル

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • 7+ years of HRBP, HR Planning, or Generalist experience in a large-scale organization
  • Strong background in any of the following: HR planning, recruitment, L&D, HR systems, or labor relations
Language Requirements:
  • Japanese: Fluent
  • English: Business-level proficiency
Technical Skills:
  • Ability to manage and analyze HR data using Excel
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in a foreign-capital company or in an international HR setting
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive, electrical, or electronics preferred)
