• 採用実務全般（ある程度の指示・サポートはありますが、基本的に自ら責任をもって進めていくこと）
• 各ポジションの採用戦略と面接計画の立案・実行
• 求人媒体や人材紹介会社の活用（総合的なものやニッチなサイトを使い分けること）
• 採用マネージャーやHRBPとの定期的な振り返りや改善提案
• 大学・業界団体・外部パートナーとのネットワーク構築
• ダイレクトソーシング（パッシブ人材へのアプローチ含む）
• 優秀な人材を短期間で確保するためのタレントプールの構築

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal supervision
• Design recruiting and interview plans tailored to individual positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and job boards
• Follow up with hiring managers and HRBPs to assess recruitment effectiveness
• Partner with universities, agencies, and industry groups to develop talent pipelines
• Source both active and passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies
• Maintain a robust network to fill positions efficiently and with top-tier talent

必須条件経験・資格：

• 企業内での採用業務（インハウスリクルーター）経験
• 面接経験
• 採用媒体を効果的に活用できること
• ダイレクトソーシングのノウハウ
• アプローチからオンボーディングまで、良質な候補者体験を構築できること

• 日本語： ネイティブレベル
• 英語： ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話に対応できる方）

• 採用業務に対する意欲、モチベーション
• チームワーク
• 様々な意見を公平に受け止め、調整する能力
• 成果を意識して業務に取り組む姿勢

• 半導体業界または製造業界での人材採用に関する知識があれば尚可
• 多国籍・クロスファンクショナルな組織での業務経験
• 応募者対応時における細部への気配りや非言語情報への感度

• Proven experience in in-house recruiting or talent acquisition
• Understanding of the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency

• Passion for recruitment and talent development
• Agile, observant, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to handle multiple opinions and inputs with neutrality and maturity

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multicultural stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail-including non-obvious indicators of candidate fit
